Felicity Solar Kenya Limited uses the details you provide to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, fulfil orders and provide after-sales support. We treat your information as confidential and do not sell it.
Quotation and survey requests are sent when you send the prepared message in WhatsApp. Personalised calculator downloads save your contact details, system inputs and consent for quotation follow-up, with access restricted to authorised staff. WhatsApp, Google Maps and hosting providers apply their own privacy terms.

Warranty registration and saved drafts
Warranty registration stores your contact details, purchase and installation information, and uploaded evidence privately for verification and service support. Saving a draft sends the information to our website. Draft access expires 30 days after your last save; expired drafts and their attachments are removed during routine draft cleanup. You can delete an active draft using its private resume link.
This browser remembers your private access link so you can resume here. Anyone with that link can read the registration and download its attachments, so keep it confidential. Submitted records are accessible to authorised staff and through your private link, and are retained for warranty administration and service history. Contact 0143 000 888 for help correcting your information or requesting deletion. We do not use registration as a marketing subscription.
